Two students are unhappy with their accommodation in the residence hall of their college in Urbino; they desire a more solitary lifestyle. It is then, by chance, that they come across the owner of a manor, who sublets his homestead to the fellows in turn for occasional "services". But, the two guys are still not satisfied. So, with the help of some friends and unwitting banks, they request the owner vacate his own premises! Again, "services" are plentiful in order to achieve the ultimate goal! Eventually, their ruse succeeds and a new gay disco arises, thereby turning the lads into young entrepreneurs!
